Hotel de Vie is pleased to confirm that all of our eggs used within the hotel are sourced from a local family run free range farm (and we’ve been working this way for months).
These are freshly delivered directly from the farm, and are used in all of our freshly cooked breakfasts (amoungst other menu items of course).
Locally produced pork sausages
All of our pork sausages, are made especially for us to order, by our very local butchers. These are naturally gluten free (just quality pork, salt, pepper, and a little ginger, no breadcrumbs).
This local butchers also supply us with our hugely popular smoked back bacon (which is grilled in our special ‘contact grill’ to help seal in the flavour, at a steady 180 degrees C).
Godstone Apple Juice
Our apple juice is also produced and bottled in Godstone, Surrey (just a short drive away), souring apples from their own and nearby farms.
Locally made bread
Our freshly made bread (often organic) is also either made on the premises at the hotel, or by our local bakers. We then cut each slice by hand, to ensure good thick slices for all.
